Page one, position one.

It’s the ultimate goal of every SEO marketer.

There is no denying the fact that keyword research is part of an advanced SEO strategy. Even so, that doesn’t mean the process has to be long, drawn-out or costly.

I know a lot of persons who create content on their website without conducting proper keyword research and planning they all ended up conducting keyword research since they didn’t find the results they expected.

If you’re not conducting keyword research you will be soon crushed by your competitors who implement keyword research strategies in the right way.

The insane part of not conducting keyword research is, you will lose a lot of time and money in the long run by creating content that won’t rank in google and bring more traffic to your website.

There are 3 common reasons why people don’t conduct keyword research:

-They don’t know how to do it.
-They know how to do it but they ignore it.
-They don’t have an idea about SEO & keyword planning.

In this video, I’m using a tool called Ubersuggest to conduct keyword research within 60 seconds.

*I’m not affiliated to the tool on this video, I’m using it personally and seeing good results.*

Here’s how to do organic keyword research for SEO within 60 seconds:

Step 1: Go to Ubersuggest.com and put in your competitor’s URL. It will show you all of the keywords they rank for.

Step 2: Go to Top pages report. It will show you all top pages which your competitor is ranking for based estimated traffic, backlinks and social shares.

Step 3: Now you need to click on the “View all” button. It will show you all the relevant keywords which that page is ranking for, with keyword difficulty score, the traffic which each keyword brings and the paid cost of each keyword.

Step 4: Repeat the above steps for at least 3 competitors. If you don’t have direct competitors then go for indirect competitors and see which pages bring them more traffic.

Step 5: Create content that is better than your competitors with high quantity and quality.
